Working together with Brass Lion Distillery, the first fully fledged micro-distillery in Singapore, LeVeL33 is proud to serve the exclusive LeVeL33 Hopped Dry Gin by Brass Lion. This is LeVeL33’s inaugural venture into the brand new world of distillations.

Infused with Citra hops, the gin has has pronounced citrus notes reminiscent of grapefruit, lime and orange in addition to the bitter florals that all hops possess.

2019 marks the forth consecutive year of Austrian Wine Week, and in what is fast becoming a tradition at LeVeL33.

The history of Austrian viticulture is long and rich, dating almost 4000 years – all the way back to the time of the Celts. Many of their vast variety of wines are unique, having been made from indigenous grapes according to stringent and strictly enforced standards. The Austrian climate and terroir also means that the wines produced from their grapes have great personality – distinctly European but with a balance in the flavours that is unique.

Botanico x LeVeL33

22 - 24 Nov, Fri to Sun, 7pm 

On 22 to 24 November 2019, Chef Sujatha Asokan of The Garage and LeVeL33's chef ArChan Chan want you to “Meet The Chefs” at Botanico.

 

For three nights only, the duo presents specially curated set menus that showcase each chef’s strengths while also manifesting the unique virtues of each kitchen. The set menus are a harmonious blend of Modern European cuisine with Asian & beer-centric elements that delight the palate. 

For guests who want the full experience, a drinks pairing menu is also available. Guests can expect to enjoy beers, wines and a cocktail specially created by Botanico’s Head Mixologist with LeVeL33’s house-brewed IPA.

Seasonal Beer: Brut Beer

Bubbly. Dry. Alc 8.7%

Combining traditional beer brewing and age-old art of Champange making, the Brut beer is brewed with 100% barley malt and same Champagne yeast as Barons de Rothschild, resulting in a dry finish. 

Unique Brewery Tour at LeVeL33

A behind-the-scene tour of the world’s highest urban microbrewery with our resident brewmaster, Gabriel Garcia. 

The 1.5 hour brewery tour includes a half-litre taster beer paddle of LeVeL33’s regular and seasonal beers, a beer tasting platter to share and a Terrace table with uninterrupted views of the Singapore skyline and waterfront.

During the tour, everyone will learn about the brewing process in the specially developed, eight-tonne state-of-the-art microbrewery system, which comprises 12 tanks and the two copper kettles custom-made for LeVeL33 by SALM & Co Gmbh, one of Europe’s oldest manufacturers.
