LeVeL33 Culinary Adventure
LeVeL33 offers guests a multi-zone dining experience and ambience. The ContemBrewery cuisine developed by Executive Chef ArChan has integrated the beer brewing elements into the food, creatively using the different beers and beer ingredients, and taking inspiration from the beer brewing processes itself:
Hops - has floral & citrusy flavour; Yeast - roasted to enrich the aroma; Malt - provides texture to the dish; and, Spent Grains (which is only available in a brewery, after the lautering process) - provides for both flavour and texture to the dishes.
LeVeL33 Dining Room
The refined LeVeL33 Dining Room exudes a mellow ambience suited to business lunches, dinners, and/or special occasions with more comfort and privacy.
Exclusive to the LeVeL33 Dining Room is a nine-course degustation menu that explores, through both ingredients and processes, the beer brewing process and the unexpected parallels one can draw with gastronomy.
LeVeL33 Social & Terrace
LeVeL33 Social and Terrace were designed for social interaction and encourage a buoyant atmosphere for guests to relax, and unwind.
LeVeL33 Social lives up to its name with gusto; the place fizzes with energy. The dry- aging cabinets and fermentation displays our produce.
The Terrace offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the Marina Bay, light shows from Marina Bay Sands and fireworks display during National Day and New Year's Eve.
Together with the menu for sharing and Raw Bar that offers seafood such as oyster, guests are able to enjoy a truly heightened dining experience with direct Bay view.
